Privacy policy

Last updated November 3, 2026. This policy covers Calendar Time Zone Fix for Outlook, a service of Virtuoso Technologies Ltd.

What we access

You sign in with your Microsoft account. The app asks for the Calendars.ReadWrite permission so it can read your events and correct their time zone. It uses that permission only on your request.

What we store

• We do not store event bodies or attendee lists.
• We keep a change log of event IDs and the old and new times, for 30 days, so you can undo a change. After 30 days it is deleted.
• We store your Microsoft account identifiers and email address to sign you in and to record your license and free-fix count.

Delete my data

The app has a delete-my-data button. It removes the stored change log and account data we hold about you. When you delete your data, we keep a scrambled code of your account that shows you paid or used your free events; it cannot be turned back into your name or email. You can also ask by email at calendarfix@virtuoso.services. You can remove the app’s access at any time in your Microsoft account’s app permissions.

Payments

Stripe handles payment data. We never see or store your card number.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is shared only with the services needed to run the app: Microsoft (sign-in and calendar), Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider.
